Job summary

You’ll lead local marketing, handle loan/pawn processes, and supervise daily operations with hands-on coaching and development programs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory/leadership experience in retail, finance, or related industries.
• Operations leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency using phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and related systems.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Able to meet physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance and meet or exceed company standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team to grow new business and revenue.
• Identify local marketing strategies and participate in community events.
• Evaluate loan/pawn applications and assess risk within limits.
• Enforce quality standards and participate in audits/compliance reviews.
• Supervise cash handling, loss prevention, and financial controls.
• Open/close procedures and train staff on keyholder duties.
• Hire, review, and retain new employees.
• Develop work schedules to match budget and store needs.
• Handle difficult customer situations with professionalism.
• Oversee store appearance, planogram, and promotional materials; perform off-site duties as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and cover extra tasks as directed.
