Qualifications

• Education: College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• Experience: 1-2 years management / operations experience in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets.
• Sets controllable cost targets.
• Develops (with DM) and executes a local store marketing plan in response to market conditions.
• Responds to competitor activities aimed at diverting store business.
• Develops and executes plan to improve sales and profits.
• Sets store budget goals monthly.
• Hires, trains and terminates subordinate managers.
• Trains store personnel to execute procedures for quality products.
• Takes service times and determines efficiency.
• Trains managers in Managing Better Shifts skills.
• Maintains store systems to provide consistent operations and customer satisfaction.
• Writes and manages a development plan for each manager.
