Domino's Team USA stores is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single Domino's store. You will provide leadership, supervise staff, and drive profitability and food safety while upholding brand standards.

The role requires creating an inclusive, engaged environment, implementing operating procedures, recruiting and coaching team members, and delivering exceptional customer service while managing costs and technology such as POS systems and ATS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience in operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience in recruiting and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS).
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
