Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Experience leading multi‑department or full‑store teams preferred.
• Strong business acumen with data interpretation and strategic decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
