This full-time, employee role offers a $50,000–$59,000 annual compensation and responsibilities spanning budgeting, inventory, safety, training, and daily store leadership.

You’ll oversee staffing, guest service, shop maintenance, cash controls, and compliance, while promoting career growth and a strong safety culture across the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous guest service and resolve guest issues.
• Maintain inventory control and cost of goods, ordering, and receiving.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, and P/L performance.
• Maintain building, equipment, and grounds, including HVAC and lighting.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate POS system maintenance.
• Supervise teammates with scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure staffing goals and conduct orientations as needed.
• Enforce safety, security, and environmental policies.
• Open/close store and manage daily, weekly, monthly paperwork.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention and handle cash controls.
