Job summary

Jiffy Lube International in Austin, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations and guest experience. You will oversee training, scheduling, safety, and policy compliance while driving budgeting, inventory, and labor control.

Role includes directing store meetings and ensuring consistent performance across the team. Ideal candidates will manage tasks from onboarding to daily operations, with a focus on guest service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to establish clear expectations for the team and delegate effectively.
• Maintains an open-door policy and communicates regularly with all team members.
• Follows up on issues promptly and conducts staff meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service, answer questions, and investigate and resolve guest problems and complaints.
• Maintain inventory control with knowledge of cost of goods, turnover, ordering and receiving.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, P/L performance and related factors affecting sales and profit.
• Maintain or direct the maintenance of building, equipment, and grounds and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Supervise and train teammates, including scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure cash controls and collaborate with Loss Prevention to uphold LP policies.
