Job summary

106 Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Manager in Training to become a General Manager at our Honolulu location. You will train and supervise store teammates, uphold attendance, safety, and uniform standards, and participate in safety and policy meetings while driving store success.

You will oversee guest service, inventory, budgeting, and labor controls; engage in training delivery, and coordinate with Loss Prevention to maintain store profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising store operations preferred.
• Ability to train and develop teammates.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt guest service and resolve problems.
• Manage inventory and purchasing activities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasts and P/L performance.
• Maintain building/equipment and safety compliance.
• Supervise scheduling, coaching and performance reviews.
• Lead staff meetings and labor control.
• Enforce cash controls and assist at other locations.
