Dairy Queen in Ridgeland, MS seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, drive growth, and ensure profitability while upholding company standards, policies, and applicable laws. You will recruit and coach a Smile Servers team and supervise P&L, inventory, labor, and scheduling to deliver the brand experience with excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a restaurant general manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
