Domino's Team USA stores seeks a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a dedicated team, ensure food safety and quality, and drive profitability in a fast-paced environment.

The GM will recruit and develop staff, manage costs, utilize POS and ATS tools, and foster an inclusive, high-service culture while meeting brand standards and delivering strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• One year GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and lead a high-performing team.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and profitability standards.
• Recruit, train and develop store staff to provide excellent customer service.
