Janie and Jack is seeking an inspired General Manager to lead the store team and own the business with a customer-centric mindset. You will build a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences through strategic merchandising and staff development.

The role requires strong communication, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 4+ years management experience in specialty retail or multi-unit retail.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales and profit targets.
• Identify top talent, build a team, and train/develop/retain people.
• Experience creating merchandising strategies and implementing visual changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store performance and KPIs.
• Coach staff to improve selling opportunities and customer relationships.
• Create and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and optimize floor layout.
• Leverage resources to enhance the customer experience and store operations.
• Lead the team through change with strong business acumen and decision making.
• Motivate the team to hit hourly, daily, and weekly goals in-store and omni-channel.
