You will oversee product, operations and people, manage schedules and training, and implement improvements to optimize performance while maintaining shrinkage controls and store standards. A strong leadership background in retail is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee product sections to drive sales and monitor display; analyze trends and actions to improve results.
• Supervise warehouse stock, processes, schedules, and staffing to meet sales dynamics and operations.
• Lead customer service standards, resolve incidents, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage managers, budgets, training programs, and succession planning; ensure health and safety compliance.
