Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise store teammates to ensure smooth daily performance.
• Provide prompt, courteous guest service; resolve guest questions and complaints.
• Maintain inventory control, cost of goods, turn-ratio, and timely ordering/receiving.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, P/L performance, and factors impacting sales.
• Direct maintenance of building, equipment, and grounds; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Schedule, coach, and evaluate teammates; conduct orientation and performance appraisals.
