106 Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a General Manager I to lead store operations in Bonney Lake, WA. The role focuses on training, policy adherence, budgeting, and ensuring smooth daily store functions.

You will manage guest service, inventory, and staff development, while coordinating safety initiatives and meeting performance targets. This full-time on-site position offers growth opportunities within a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail/service environment.
• Ability to oversee training and on-the-job development.
• Strong focus on safety, attendance, and uniform standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service, answer questions, and investigate and resolve guest problems.
• Maintain inventory control with knowledge of cost of goods, turn-ratio, ordering and receiving products.
• Responsible for budgeting, sales forecasts, and P/L performance, and factors affecting sales and profit.
• Maintain and oversee building, equipment, and grounds including HVAC and lighting.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate ongoing maintenance of the POS system.
• Supervise and train teammates, including scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.
