Job summary

Domino's is seeking a General Manager for the Mason Rd location to lead daily store operations, drive profitability, and uphold food safety standards. You will supervise team members, schedule shifts, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include implementing operational procedures, controlling costs, recruiting and developing staff, and promoting a safe, engaging workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single Domino's store.
• Provide leadership and supervision over store operations.
• Be accountable for operational standards, food safety, profitability, and creating an engaged environment.
