CarMax is seeking a Cross Functional Store Manager in Training in East Meadow, NY. You will lead a 10–15 person team across multiple business areas to deliver a world-class customer experience and drive sales performance.

The role involves strategizing to meet store budgets, managing daily operations, and fostering a culture of learning through training. You will analyze results for the Location General Manager, engage in associate development, and ensure compliance with policies and safety

• Analyze and present business results to the Location General Manager and stakeholders.
• Lead associate development and performance management.
• Oversee training across sales, service, merchandising, and operations to maximize execution.
