Global Partners is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales growth, and foster a hospitality-driven culture. You will oversee staffing, training, compliance, and community engagement to deliver exceptional Guest experiences each day.

The role combines operational excellence with people leadership, business performance, and local community involvement. Strong ServSafe credentials and multi-department leadership are preferred as you guide a busy retail environment.

Formación

• ServSafe certification within 90 days of employment or promotion.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Proven track record in team leadership, operations, and financial performance.
• Strong business acumen with data interpretation for decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to foster teamwork, motivate others, and resolve conflicts.
• Strong understanding of food safety, merchandising, and guest service standards.
• Tech-savvy with POS systems, reporting tools, and office software.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Maintain best-in-class store presentation and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Represent Global in the community and support local initiatives.
• Oversee all store operations, policies, brand standards, and safety compliance.
• Manage labor, inventory, and costs to drive profitability.
• Analyze sales, expenses, and performance metrics to identify improvements.
• Develop action plans to reach revenue, margin, and profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with systems, procedures, and audits.
