Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations in Baxter, MN. The role involves overseeing training, enforcing attendance and safety policies, and driving daily store performance to meet company standards.

You will manage guest service, inventory, budgeting, and facility maintenance while guiding a team through coaching, performance reviews, and safety initiatives. The position offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service, answer questions, and investigate and resolve guest problems and complaints.
• Maintain inventory control with knowledge of cost of goods, turn ratios, ordering and receiving products.
• Responsible for budgeting, sales forecasts, and P/L performance, and understanding factors affecting sales and profit.
• Maintain or direct maintenance of the building, equipment, and grounds including HVAC, lighting, and safety systems.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate ongoing maintenance of the POS system.
• Supervise and train teammates, including scheduling, coaching, performance management, and appraisals.
• Conduct safety, security, and environmental leadership with knowledge of MSDS, waste policy compliance, and OSHA/EPA resources.
