Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Manage store performance by meeting or exceeding Company standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team to grow new business and revenue.
• Lead local marketing strategies and partnerships, host events to drive growth.
• Screen and process loan/pawn applications and assess risk within limits.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local/state laws.
• Oversee cash handling, security, audits, and loss prevention.
• Schedule staff to meet budget and workload needs.
• Maintain store appearance and planogram compliance.
