Socket.dev is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Georgia location. You will assist with day-to-day activities, help customers, manage merchandise flow, and ensure clean, organized, and secure store operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret store directives and procedures.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks described in the role.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and activities.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives like Pull and Hold/Destroy, task compliance, and surveys.
• Maintain storefront displays and promotional materials for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handling damaged items, and record-keeping (payroll, scheduling, cash deposits).
• Keep store areas clean, stocked, and secure assets, including cash.
