Jiffy Lube International in O’Fallon, MO is seeking a General Manager I to lead store operations, train teammates, and uphold safety, attendance, and uniform standards.

You will oversee training, policy meetings, budgeting, and labor controls, with daily responsibilities including guest service, inventory, scheduling, and accountability. This role offers growth opportunities and a robust benefits package within a dynamic service environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and ability to supervise store teammates.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Budgeting and P/L awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service, answer questions, and investigate and resolve guest problems and complaints.
• Maintain inventory control with knowledge of cost of goods, turn-ratio, ordering and receiving products.
• Responsible for budgeting, sales forecasts, P/L performance, etc., and factors affecting sales and profit.
• Maintain or direct maintenance of building, equipment, and grounds, including HVAC and lighting.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate ongoing maintenance of the POS system.
• Supervision and training of teammates including scheduling, coaching, performance management, and appraisals.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust to maintain labor control.
• Conduct Teammate Orientation meetings at location.
• Provide safety, security, and environmental leadership.
