Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets.
• Sets controllable cost targets.
• Develops and executes a local store marketing plan to promote Wendy's in the community.
• Responds to competitor activities aimed at diverting store business.
• Develops and executes plans to improve sales and profits.
• Sets store budget goals monthly and communicates variances to the District Manager.
• Maintains crew staffing and bench strength in management team.
• Trains store personnel to execute procedures for quality products and customer service.
• Trains and develops managers on operational systems and cost controls.
• Ensures store cleanliness and maintenance to meet Q.S.C. standards.
