Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team, drive profitable sales, and translate brand vision into an in-store experience. You will guide Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development to deliver a best-in-class customer journey.

You will manage forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, and coaching, while fostering an inclusive environment and ensuring compliance with standards across all store activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading teams.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results and collaborate with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget to support the P&L.
• Build productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.
• Coach performance and provide feedback.
