Responsibilities

• Manage the store to achieve planned growth and profit goals
• Report financial measures and transactions accurately
• Oversee inventory to ensure merchandise availability
• Ensure quality control on new lease agreements within 1 business day of delivery
• Maintain store assets and reconcile inventories weekly
• Ensure all company vehicles are maintained in safe operating standards
• Manage bank deposits accurately and timely
• Certify and reprice returned merchandise
• Recruit, hire, train and develop store associates
• Schedule coverage to meet published store hours
• Close lease agreements with customer relationships in mind
• Oversee renewal activity and returns while upholding customer service programs
