Corporate Connections LLC is seeking a General Manager in Houston to lead store operations, drive profitability, and mentor culinary teams. You will oversee P&L, labor optimization, inventory controls, and daily execution of culinary standards across all dayparts.

Lead a high-performing team, recruit top talent, and ensure compliance with Texas FDA/state rules while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-store operations.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of FDA Food Code and Texas rules.

Responsibilities

• Own full Store operations including P&L accountability, food cost management, and labor optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Maintain culinary standards, recipes, and quality across all dayparts.
• Oversee systems and technology (POS, digital ordering, scheduling tools).
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent for all Store roles.
• Lead, coach, and develop leadership team for succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with Texas DSHS and Texas Food Establishment Rules.
