Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Full-Time Shift Supervisor for Store 18118 in Walker, MI. The role involves assisting in store operations, supervision, and customer service leadership to meet company goals.

You will help with opening/closing, loss prevention, merchandising, and daily staff coordination while maintaining high standards of service and store appearance. This position reports to store management and follows ACE Core Values.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Hardware knowledge/experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to supervise and lead staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations in the absence of GM/ASM.
• Supervise staff and cash handling.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety and loss prevention.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Execute price changes, merchandising, and housekeeping.
