Job summary

Coborn's is seeking a Shift Manager in Minnesota to oversee store operations and provide leadership coverage in the absence of senior leadership. You will manage receiving, merchandising, stocking, and display building while greeting guests and helping them locate products.

You will guide team members to ensure smooth shift execution, maintain safety and policy compliance, and support daily store performance during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing teams or shifts
• Experience coordinating store operations in the absence of leadership
• Strong customer service and guest guidance skills

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage when Store Director or Assistant Store Director are unavailable
• Oversee receiving, merchandising setup, and stocking duties
• Greet guests, assist with finding items, and maintain displays during shifts
• Lead team members to ensure smooth store operations throughout the shift
