Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Receiving and Merchandising Associate at TJ Maxx in North Wales, PA. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will train Associates, maintain tagging and housekeeping standards, and support the store with flow of goods, safety, and policy adherence. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working as part of a team.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to train others.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing of goods.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
