Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store flow.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Ensure a clean, organized backroom and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with management to meet labor and shrink reduction goals.
