Job summary

TJ Maxx in Warrington, PA is seeking a Receiving and Merchandising Associate to support merchandise flow, stocking, and customer service. You will help ensure an excellent shopper experience while maintaining organized backrooms and compliant stores.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training of associates and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Team player with flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processes.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Process merchandise efficiently and accurately onto the sales floor.
• Maintain clean, organized backroom and store areas.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Support safety, labor policies, and store procedures.
