Tharp Consulting in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will help lead a team, coach associates on product knowledge, and uphold brand standards on the floor.

Together with the Store Manager, you will train staff, monitor inventory, ensure accurate cash handling, and maintain inviting merchandising.
