Job summary

SNIPES USA in Saugus, MA is seeking a Part Time Regular Store Associate to support daily operations and deliver great customer experiences. You will assist with opening/closing procedures, promotions, and merchandise presentation.

Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining store standards, and working with the store team to meet the sales plan. The role requires standing for long periods, light lifting, and a passion for sneakers and streetwear.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 15–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate timely execution and compliance of floor set guides and promotions.
• Drive sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding store/individual goals.
• Communicate store goals and directives to maximize staff contributions to sales plan.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing in a timely manner.
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Train and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associate safety by identifying hazards and reporting them to management.
• Process register functions and ensure proper execution as directed.
• Maintain store cleanliness on sales floor and in stockroom.
• Communicate changes in store policies to staff and ensure proper implementation.
