Job summary

SNIPES is a global sneaker and streetwear retailer seeking a 3rd key holder to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures and daily admin tasks.

The role focuses on leading floor teams, executing promotions, maintaining visual standards, and upholding safety and operational policies to drive sales and protect assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet goals.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift 15–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate timely execution and compliance of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead sales and profitability by achieving store and individual goals.
• Communicate store goals to staff to maximize contributions toward the sales plan.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing promptly.
• Maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards and floor set.
• Train and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associates' safety by identifying dangerous situations and reporting them.
