Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma required.
• Open availability preferred (must be able to work 2 weekend days Fri-Sun).
• 2 years of leadership experience in retail/hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to grow professionally.
• Set standard for excellent customer service and product knowledge guidance.
• Oversee operations, inventory counts, labeling, and floor organization.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee cash handling and maintain accurate financial records.
• Onboard new employees and provide ongoing training.
