The position offers $23.50 per hour, with responsibilities including supervising staff, onboarding, cash handling, merchandising, and daily opening/closing procedures, all geared toward achieving the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma required.
• Open availability, able to work Fri–Sun.
• 2 years leadership experience in retail or hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Create and promote a healthy team culture with autonomous work.

• Set standard for excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure smooth operations and accurate inventory counts.
• Enforce legal and regulatory requirements.
• Onboard and train new employees.
• Oversee cash handling and financial records.
• Address customer concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Greet customers with a welcoming vibe; ensure satisfaction.
• Document employee breaks and liaise with managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
