STIIIZY, Inc. is seeking a Floor Lead to maintain SOPs and inspire a high-performing team in a California cannabis retail store.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, guiding staff on product knowledge, and maintaining store operations to meet our growth goals. The position is full-time with a pay rate of 22.50 USD per hour, requiring strong leadership, on-site presence, and the ability to work open shifts including weekends.

Competenze

• 2 years of leadership experience in retail/hospitality.
• Minimum age 21 with full-time availability including weekends.
• Ability to maintain SOPs and ensure customer service excellence.
