Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and to drive daily sales on the floor.

You will be part of the store leadership team, focusing on customer experience, sales performance, and team achievement. This role emphasizes product knowledge, brand standards, and excellent interpersonal skills in a fast-changing fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience not required, leadership experience preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
