Job summary

Marshalls at 427 N Generals Blvd, Lincolnton, NC is hiring a part-time associate to keep a clean, welcoming store environment. You will operate floor care equipment, dust, mop, vacuum, and help with front-end coverage while upholding safety and loss-prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; dust mop, mop, vacuum, and clean glass/windows.
• Follow health, safety, and loss prevention standards; support store needs as needed.
• Cross-train to assist in multiple store areas and cover Front End as required.
• Communicate effectively with management and Associates.
