• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor equipment.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass/windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates.
• Uphold safety, health, and labor policy compliance.
• Support Front End coverage and store recovery when needed.
• Adhere to merchandising and signage standards.
