Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a detail-oriented associate to maintain a clean store environment with emphasis on floor care and safety. You will operate floor scrubbers, perform mopping and cleaning tasks, and support multiple store areas as needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot-clean glass and windows.
Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards.
Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed.
Support Front End coverage and uphold merchandising signage standards.
Participate in store recovery and safety practices.
