Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to operate cleaning equipment (scrubber/buffer).
• Adheres to safety and loss prevention policies.
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber/buffer; dust/mop; vacuum; wipe glass and windows.
• Follow operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed.
• Model positive customer experience with staff and customers.
• Support store culture through honesty, integrity and respect.
