Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the management team in delivering superior customer experiences and achieving sales objectives. The role focuses on coaching associates, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring efficient store operations across shifts.

The supervisor will demonstrate product knowledge, lead by example with a positive attitude, and participate in POS transactions while covering supervisor duties when the Store Manager is absent.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in comparable apparel retail preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model for the customer experience and team behavior.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.
