Job summary

Catalyst Brands in retail stores is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the store management team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will help execute daily store operations, demonstrate product knowledge, and lead by example to motivate associates and create a welcoming atmosphere.

This role reports to the Store Manager and requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in apparel retail or similar high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales and performance metrics.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model for customer experience and store standards in merchandising and operations.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the store performance.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor duties when Store Manager is unavailable.
