Catalyst Brands is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the management team, deliver sales results, and maintain an engaging, visually appealing store. You will lead and develop managers and associates while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will be adaptable, self-motivated and able to work evenings and weekends, with occasional travel to other store locations. This role reports to the Store Manager and emphasizes teamwork, integrity and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in apparel retail.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and metrics.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations.

Responsibilities

• Support management to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Be a role model for customer experience.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.
• Perform POS on designated shifts and supervise in the absence of Store Manager.
• Model the company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability and inclusivity.
