Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to merchandise, stock products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and a consistently clean, well-stocked store.

The role is Full-Time with 30+ hours per week and a starting wage of $18.50 per hour. Wage increases follow in Year 2 through Year 5, with benefits available for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate cash registers, floor scrubber, baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products while maintaining neat shelves.
• Handle cashier duties and process purchases accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist customers and collaborate with the team to enhance the shopping experience.
