Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms, successful completion of CBC and Firearms training may be required.
• Associates must attend and complete all required trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and collaboration across store operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues using the One Best Way model.
• Drive store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Manage merchandising, inventory flow, and seasonal transitions.
• Supervise and develop hourly associates, promoting belonging in the workplace.
