Job summary

Tecovas, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to drive a profitable, customer-centric environment by developing a high-performing team and managing total store operations. You will support product flow, brand standards, and customer service excellence while coordinating training, visual merchandising, and daily operations.

3+ years of retail management and a proven ability to coach talent are required.
