• Ability to travel between locations.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold merchandising standards.
• Drive sales through effective store operations and expense management.
• Promote and grow the store's membership program to boost loyalty.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop talent with performance feedback.
• Ensure store procedures are followed and cash-handling is accurate and secure.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging store environment and visuals.
