Job summary

Miniso in New York seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, coach a frontline team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will help maintain merchandising standards and drive store performance while fostering a culture of growth and accountability.

You will also assist with inventory control, vendor relations, and adherence to policies, with a focus on training, scheduling, and loss-prevention collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management, with a track record of leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Store Manager and lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in daily activities.
• Support store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain merchandising standards.
• Drive sales performance and manage inventory, shipments, and shrink with LP team collaboration.
• Assist in recruitment, training, staffing, and retention of store talent.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
