Save A Lot in New York, NY is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales growth and profitability, and create an engaging environment for customers and teammates. The role emphasizes strong leadership and adherence to company standards across all shift activities.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop staff; monitor KPIs, inventory, merchandising, and food safety; and ensure strict compliance with policies and safety standards to deliver a best-in-class shopping

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience.
• Effective oral and written communications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
• Proficient in planning and analytical skills (P&L, budget).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching and development to store team members.
• Creates a positive, safe, and clean store environment.
• Recruits, trains, mentors, and coaches staff to meet role requirements.
• Analyzes operational/financial data to inform decisions.
• Manages inventory, merchandising, and in-store displays.
