Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is a leading luxury retailer operated in partnership with Exemplar Luxury Group, seeking a Customer Experience Manager. You will enable relationship selling, lead store branding activities, and collaborate across teams to drive client retention and activation.

This role reports to the store General Manager and sits on-site at the assigned store. You will design brand experiences that balance selling KPIs with engaging customer journeys, lead a team, and build relationships with

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• History of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
• Ability to synthesize data to determine relevant actions.
• Experience presenting at the executive level.
• Proficiency with tools including Google Suite, Tableau, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed action plans for events and manage execution with store leadership.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, communications, planning, production, and reporting of events.
• Plan seasonal events calendar across markets with brand partners.
• Partner with Regional Director to create seasonal strategies to support business.
• Develop community relationships with philanthropic organizations and corporate partners.
• Engage clients and drive CRM initiatives to improve MVC health and store targets.
